Common Issues

If you receive an error when opening Financial 2000 stating, "You are attempting to run Financial 2000 on an unsupported browser. Only Microsoft Edge in IE mode is supported.", then you must follow the steps below.

Enabling Internet Explorer Mode

While having the page open in Microsoft Edge, copy the URL located in the address bar at the top of the browser.
Left click on the ellipsis menu located at the top right of the browser to open Settings and more, then left click on Settings
Whether the Microsoft Edge Window is fully expanded or not, either go to the left panel or select the hamburger menu (☰) that is located at the top left. Once you have access to the left panel, select Default browser to open settings on the right side of the panel.
Under "Internet Explorer compatibility", in the submenu called "Allow sites to be reloaded in Internet Explorer mode (IE mode)", click the drop down menu and select Allow if it's not already selected. Afterwards, select Restart to update the settings. This will cause the window to temporarily close and open back up to the same page.
In the submenu called "Internet Explorer mode pages", select Add. This will bring up a pop-up menu requesting to insert a URL.
In the empty field, paste the URL from step 1 and select Add. Keep note of the expiration date as you will need to do the process again once it expires.
Close the Settings tab, and select refresh on the top left of the web browser.
